Marketing to Sell Your Home!

So often I come across listings that do not have a virtual tour. How sad that is for the sellers. Over 88% of buyers are on the internet before they call a realtor. Seeing a virtual tour is like going to an Open House without leaving your home! I have found many buyers for my listings just because of the virtual tours. Also, marketing on the internet in general is the way to go! Having a listing in a magazine doesn't neccessarily give the exposure you need. You need a realtor who is going to get it in every possible place on the internet.
